Mike and a Detroit based performance troupe are embarking on a bullying awareness initiative with Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts throughout Detroit area high schools December 2-13. With support from the GM Foundation and the Anti-Defamation League, BROKEN MIRRORS: Bullies & Bystanders utilizes live music, interpretive dance, multimedia elements and more as a vehicle to address bullying, while exploring the societal plague’s greater historical relationship to racism, sexism, and various forms of social intolerance. Special performance scheduled for January 28 at Music Hall. More details to come.
